Sue Bradshaw

I’ve been involved in the arts for as long as I can remember, drawing and painting, photography, making ceramics, printing and making paper.

I learnt the art of making paper from plant fibres under the expert tutelage of Liz Powell at Camp Creative in 2017 and I’m now a very happy paper “tragic”!

I really enjoy combining the photographic effects available with Adobe Lightroom and handmade paper. Launching the Canoes below won 2nd prize in the Creative Photograph Bellinger River Agricultural Show May 2017.

And I love old barns. Waterfall Way which leads from the coast into Bellingen has some great examples and another up near Laguna on the NSW Central Coast caught my eye. Both had to be captured, filtered and printed of course.

A Blacksmith made the mounting from ‘reo’ rods which are used to reinforce concrete.

I also enjoy making packaging, and cards and gifts, for family and friends.
