October in Review; with Primrose Paper Arts

The month of October saw our membership displaying some of their latest works in the mezzanine gallery of Primrose Park.  Working to the theme of ‘Textured Traces’ their interpretations were very individual, incorporating many paper related techniques.

For those who didn’t see the pieces in situ we would like to share some with you here:

Molded paper

Torn and textured

Books and concertina

Woven and twisted (with a close-up of one amazing technique)

Some of the other pieces

We hope you’ve enjoyed seeing some of our members creations (and this is by no means all of them!).  Now we are thinking about next year and what we will be showcasing then.

Wow, some really beautiful work and I love the close up thank you!
Disappointed I didn’t get to see them in person, but I appreciate the online view.
