Exhibition: Reuse

Primrose Paper Arts are pleased to invite you to visit our current exhibition:

3rd August – 4th September, 2017

inTransit Art Space
North Sydney Council Chambers
1st Floor, 200 Miller Street
North Sydney

Viewing times: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

North Sydney Council’s inTransit Art Space is an exhibition program presented by the Council’s Arts and Culture team.

An area has been set aside within the Council Chambers for local artists and community groups to display their works.

Primrose Paper Arts has been given the opportunity to present a selection of their art pieces during August, and the work of 13 of our members is included in our exhibition entitled “Reuse”.

The basis of the artists’ works is the use of handmade paper made from recycled paper, plant fibres, worn clothing, old prints and a combination of them.  A wide variety of techniques including poured pulp, embossing, printing, encaustic, rusting, indigo dyeing, sfumato, orizomegami and collage are displayed.

On show until 4th September, don’t miss this opportunity to view these unique hand-crafted art works.
