Exhibition: Making a Mark

By Louise Gilchrist:

Last weekend Ang Marynissen and I braved the rain and traffic and crossed the bridge to visit “Making a Mark”, an exhibition at “Balmain Watch House Gallery”.

The exhibition featured the work of six amazing Printmakers, including Primrose Park members Brenda Livermore and Kate Lovejoy Furnell.

The works explored mark-making through a range of print-making methods and was very artfully displayed in the beautiful setting of the Watch House, a stunning little gallery.

The small stone rooms lent themselves perfectly each artists style, and was well worth the trip!!
